A total of six new companies were acquired in the 2024 financial year. Particularly noteworthy are the establishment of the European Space Agency (ESA) with the newly founded European Space Deep-Tech Innovation Centre (ESDI) and the fusion energy start-up Proxima Fusion. At the same time, established tenants such as Swiss PIC and VDL ETG significantly expanded their space. In addition to the tenant companies, PSI itself is the park's largest tenant, occupying around 14,400 m² and employing around 300 people.

Broader ownership base

Last year, the cities of Aarau and Baden and the consulting firm Helbling Technik were acquired as new shareholders. innovAARE AG now has CHF 2.4 million in share capital.

Personnel changes on the Board of Directors

Today, the Annual General Meeting elected the Board of Directors for another year as scheduled. Dr. Christian Brönnimann was confirmed as Chairman. In addition, Prof. Dr. Peter Flohr, Director of the FHNW School of Engineering and Environment, and Stefan von Bergen, Managing Director of Helbling Technik AG, were elected to the Board of Directors.
