At the CONNET event on January 22, 2026, around 50 young scientists and professionals gathered at Switzerland Innovation Park Innovaare to exchange ideas on career paths, leadership, and opportunities within the deep-tech sector.

In collaboration with the PSI Career Center, Park Innovaare organized an inspiring afternoon dedicated entirely to networking, knowledge transfer, and female career development. Representatives from industry and administration—including Comet, Sensirion, and DETEC (UVEK)—provided practical insights into diverse professional perspectives within technology-driven organizations.

Interactive workshops allowed participants to engage deeply with questions regarding the career transition from academia to industry and to reflect on their individual next steps. A particular highlight was the startup session featuring female founders and leaders from Transmutex, Proxima Fusion, and leadXpro, who spoke openly about their entrepreneurial experiences, challenges, and key success factors.

The event concluded with a lively panel discussion and a networking reception, where the focus remained on personal exchange and forging new connections. The Women’s Connect event once again underscored Park Innovaare’s role as a platform where research, industry, and startups converge to foster talent, strengthen networks, and actively shape the future of innovation.
