Following the official welcome and introduction by our Chairman of the Board, Dr. Christian Brönnimann, CEO Robert Rudolph presented a detailed review of the 2025 financial year. The park’s development continues to be highly encouraging, with occupancy rising to approximately 89%. A key strategic focus is also our Semiconductor Metrology and Inspection (SeMI) Hub, which is attracting significant interest from industry and is set to further strengthen Switzerland’s position in this critical technology field.
Fascinating Deep-Tech Insights from Our Ecosystem
A particular highlight of the event were the keynote presentations from two of our innovative tenant companies, offering impressive insights into the cutting-edge work being carried out within our ecosystem:
Christian Jünger demonstrated how YQuantum is addressing one of the major bottlenecks in scaling quantum computers. By radically miniaturizing quantum components into a compact 5 mm solution, the company is overcoming existing space and thermal management challenges. These developments are being actively supported through the use of our state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities at Park Innovaare.
Barbara Horvath introduced the “Robo-Skin” – an intelligent robotic skin equipped with invisible electronics. This large-area sensing surface is highly sensitive to pressure, proximity, and temperature. It gives robots a genuine sense of touch, enables safe human-robot collaboration, and reduces waste in delicate industrial handling processes.
During the formal part of the Annual General Meeting, the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2025 were approved, and the Board of Directors and Executive Management were formally discharged. Shareholders also approved the necessary revisions to the Articles of Association and the Compensation Regulations.
We are delighted that the current Board of Directors, as well as Dr. Christian Brönnimann as Chairman, were re-elected for another term of office.
A very special welcome goes to our newly elected Board member, Dr. Lisa Wolf. Holding a PhD in Civil Engineering from ETH Zurich, she brings outstanding technical expertise and many years of leadership experience as a real estate expert. She will be a tremendous asset to our Board of Directors, and we warmly congratulate her on her election.
Finally, a sincere thank you to all our shareholders, tenants, and partners for their continued trust and support. We would also like to express our gratitude to our operational team for their outstanding work and dedication. We look forward to continuing this success story together with all of you.
