Switzerland has a strong microelectronics sector made up of fabless companies, design houses, and academic institutions. However, smaller Swiss enterprises and startups often struggle to secure production slots with international semiconductor foundries due to low initial volumes. Switzerland Innovation Park Innovaare is organizing SAF26 under the theme "Close the Gap" to tackle this specific challenge.
As of today we are expecting guests and speakers from international foundries such as SMIC, SilTerra, TSMC, United Nova Technology, X-Fab or Global Foundries.
