Swiss Innovation Forum (#SIF18) – Switzerland's biggest innovation fair – was held on Thursday, November 22, 2018, bringing together over a thousand decision-makers from industry, academia, and politics. PARK INNOVAARE worked with Switzerland Innovation to take part in the fair for the fourth time, to stay tuned for the latest innovation and development trends.
From bicycles made of bamboo to Formula E simulation rides, from novel materials to new methods for testing and analyzing them, from stair-climbing wheelchairs to a new gold standard in mammography: as always, Swiss Innovation Forum's Future Expo is full of surprises. Also, PARK INNOVAARE's start-ups, leadXpro and GratXray, are taking their rightful place on the Swiss innovation scene. While the former specializes in developing and optimizing pharmaceutical active substances, the latter is developing a novel grating interferometry-based breast computed tomography (GIBCT) system for better breast cancer diagnosis.
Following this year’s Forum motto SURPRISE, PARK INNOVAARE and its peers from Switzerland Innovation used this chance to surprise numerous guests at its booth with an "Innovation Cinema", presenting the project and innovative concepts from all five parks.
